Congratulations on making the team! We are very excited to officially start our season. Hopefully the weather will be on our side this season and we will be out practicing sooner than later!

The following forms need to be printed out and completed as soon as possible. Majority of the student-athletes will only need to hand in the Student- Athlete Agreement Form.

2. Pay to Participate (Only if this is your daughter's first sport this year)

3. Acknowledgement of Insurance (Only if needed)
